Eligibility
Refunds are available for unused items in original packaging returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in resalable condition with all manuals, hardware, and documentation included.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
Non-Refundable Items

- - Electrical parts once the packaging is opened

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it follows the standard return process. Custom and special-order items cannot be cancelled once production begins.
